11th Month Inspection
Many newly built Miami Lakes, FL homes come with a one-year warranty that covers any defects in construction. Wind Mitigation Inspection
During a Wind Mitigation Inspection, we will inspect the home for signs of hurricane protection. Usually, a wind mitigation inspection is requested to determine which credit(s) apply to a home. During a wind mitigation inspection, a certified inspector looks for key features and add-ons that reduce the amount of damage your home may suffer in the event of a hurricane or strong windstorm. Drone Roof Inspections
Drone technology has made Roof Inspections not only safer for the home inspector, but also cause less damage to your roofs. This technology is a faster and a more cost-effective way to gather information and spot any problems. Drones help us get to areas of the roof that are sometimes too dangerous,difficult, wet or steep to inspect. They are a great tool in enhancing our roof inspections. Home Inspection Review With Every Client
At the end of each Full Miami Lakes Florida Home Inspection, the inspector will discuss their findings and answer any questions. After 24 hours or less, will email you a link to the report, which includes all findings and included photographs.
