11th Month Inspection

Many newly built homes come with a one-year warranty that covers any defects in construction. After these first 12 months, the homeowner becomes the responsible party for any issues in the home. We will perform a Full Home Inspection during the 11th month of this warranty, giving homeowners the chance to have any defects repaired before the warranty expires.

Annual Home
Maintenance Inspection

We always recommend that our customers have their homes inspected once a year. Maintaining homes can be tricky, especially for new homeowners, and our Annual Home Maintenance Inspection can keep owners a step ahead of potentially expensive or difficult long-term damage. We will inspect for existing issues in the home as well as anything that might pose a problem within the next year.

Pre-Listing Inspections
for Real Estate Agents

We recommend that sellers have their homes inspected before putting them on the market. This allows for any issues in the home to be resolved before potential buyers get a chance to see it, which can make the selling process quicker and easier for the buyer and sellers. Furthermore it builds trust and buyer confidence.

Drone technology has made Roof Inspections not only safer for the home inspector, but also cause less damage to your roofs.  This technology is a faster and a more cost-effective way to gather information and spot any problems. Drones help us get to areas of the roof that are sometimes too dangerous, difficult, wet or steep to inspect. They are a great tool in enhancing our roof inspections.  We are trained, certified and licensed FAA Part 107 UAV Pilots.

Indoor Air Quality testing ( IAQ)

Knowing the indoor air quality is important when purchasing a home. Understanding and controlling common pollutants indoors can help reduce your risk of indoor health concerns. These include irritation of the eyes, nose, and throat, headaches, dizziness, and fatigue. Poor indoor air quality can also reduce sleep and productivity. Adding an indoor air quality test can assure your home is toxic free and healthy.

Thermal Imaging Technology

Infrared Technology does not “see through walls”, but it’s a tool that gives us a better view of any visual “temperature differences” we detect during our inspection that might indicate a possible concern. While there is no guarantee that nothing will be missed during our visual Inspections, thermal imaging helps us perform a more thorough inspection than what we can see with the naked eye.
